NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Preliminary Official Rules. The drawing is managed by Eurovision Corporation, 1221 N. Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60610, U.S.A.. Eligibility: The drawing will be conducted on the New Year's Eve 2008 in Chicago, U.S.A., results will be published only electronically via the Internet on EUROVISION.COM Web site, and is open to all persons age 18 and older who were directly contacting Eurovision Corporation via its EUROVISION.COM Web site and published their videos on EUROVISION.COM web site after the publishing becomes available and before the December 20 , 2008 cutoff date. The EUROVISION.COM Web site users' participation is voluntary and void where prohibited. All regional, federal, national, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter: You may enter the drawing by following the link in EUROVISION.COM Web site. All entries become the exclusive property of Eurovision Corporation, Videos removal before the cutoff date consists voluntary withdrawal from the drawing. By registering, publishing and complying to the Terms in its entirety, you will be automatically entered. Selection of Winner: The prize is a blue Apple 4GB iPOD NANO with EUROVISION and EUROVISION.COM logotypes engraved. The winner will be selected at random. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the drawing and must claim their prize by email within 14 days of that notification by replying to the email notification with their current postal address. The Prize will be mailed within 14 days of receipt of prizewinner's claim. Eurovision Corporation is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize within 14 days of notification, prize may awarded to another randomly selected winner. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
Condition: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Eurovision Corporation which shall be final. Eurovision Corporation agents and representatives of Eurovision Corporation, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Eurovision Corporation that may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the drawing. Eurovision Corporation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the drawing at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing.
By participating in the drawing, each participant agrees to release and hold Eurovision Corporation and the employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Eurovision Corporation, its advertising, promotion, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing.
